The information you provide

The callback form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, and ZIP code. Your submission is stored in the Plumbers 911 Chicago GoHighLevel account and used to respond to your service request. The form includes bot protection.

Who receives your request

Plumbers 911 is a contractor referral network operated by Plumbers Local 130. Network staff and the responding contractor may use your information to contact you, discuss availability, and arrange the requested service. Internal callback notifications contain the name, phone number, and ZIP you provide.

Phone calls

Calls to the dedicated number are routed to the assigned contractor. Call recording is enabled, with an announcement. The contact record may include the website source and assigned contractor for attribution.

Contact and corrections

Call (708) 816-5935 to ask about a service request or request a correction to information you provided. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information through the callback form.

External services

The site uses Vercel hosting and a LeadConnector/GoHighLevel form. Village and other reference links lead to separate sites with their own privacy practices. Optional Google Analytics measures page views, call-button clicks and callback-form opens when you allow it. Call clicks are not completed calls, and opening a form is not a submitted lead. Your name, phone number and ZIP are not sent to Analytics. You may change this choice using the analytics preferences control.

Emergencies

A callback request is not a dispatch confirmation. For sewage actively backing up, call rather than waiting for a form response.
